"Tahg
is honestly the best combination of trainer “traits” that
I’ve ever worked with – he’s actually certified and has
degrees –and of course the knowledge – to back up his
program (unlike a lot of “self-taught” trainers, who don’t
really understand a lot of the intricacies of muscle behavior.
He explains it to you enough to make it “click). He’s
unbelievably patient and perceptive, and quite flexible in terms
of tailoring what you’re working on to fit – you never get
the feeling he’s running you through a standard routine. One
other thing is that he has the perfect balance of “laid
back”/fun and serious about getting you into shape. Too much
of either can be annoying, and I’ve worked out in gyms with
people on both sides of the spectrum. He’s just a mensch and
it makes all the difference.
Bottom
line, I’d love to be critical about something here, but I
honestly have never, in the past 20 years, had such a positive
feeling about a fitness program. And I’ve dropped plenty in
the past.

"I
have
been training with Tahg over the last three years, and have a
background in training with various professionals in various
places around the globe. I can honestly tell you that Tahg is
the most professional and enthusiastic trainer I have come in
contact with. Truthfully, he is more than just a trainer, Tahg's
system is more like a way of life, it is catchy, and he knows
how to make it a very holistic experience (diet, workout,
posture etc.).
Tahg's
breadth of knowledge is fantastic, and I have witnessed him come
up with programs for such diverse groups as 18 year olds trying
to get into the army, post - natal women, and rehabilitation.
In
terms of his personality, Tahg is a wonderful person, and from
my own experience working out with him, we have developed a very
close friendship as well. He is honest, down to earth, and truly
a unique human being. If Israel had a few more Tahg's we would
be in much better shape.
I
realize I am not buffering my positive comments with any
negative ones, but I truly don't have any. Get ready for a great
experience.

Tahg
is wonderful, and I encourage you to work with him. About
2.5 years ago I trained with Tahg three times per week for about
4 months. We only stopped because he moved.
Here
are the results:
-
I lost about 30 pounds and gained significant muscle mass
- I learned a lot from Tahg about exercising properly
- I enjoyed the sessions because Tahg kept them interesting,
plus he's fun to talk with
- I'm still working out today, in large part because of the
groundwork laid by Tahg
I
enjoyed getting to know Tahg as a person. I'm
40, the president of a small company, and I consider myself to
be a reasonably good judge of character. Tahg is a knowledgeable
professional when it comes to training, and a true mensch as a
person. He's smart, has integrity, and is fun to be around. And
he gets results.
I
also had the opportunity from time to time to see Tahg train
others (at the JCC) - including elderly men and women with a
wide range of fitness and training needs. I was always impressed
with his ability to adjust his approach and style to fit the
needs of each client.

"I
feel very confident recommending Tahg as a trainer. It is
obvious he is well trained and he has a lot of experience &
knowledge. He can explain (and does) explain every step of a
program – why we are doing it, why it is important etc. He is

"When
I made Aliyah and moved to Israel, I gained a ton of weight. I
was not used to the Humus, Falafel, Schnitzel and preservative
free foods. My body's reaction? Weight overload. When I
discovered Tahg Adler, I was so relieved. I found someone who
was energetic, flexible and accommodating. He would come to me
if I couldn't get to him, I could make schedule changes the same
day and even assist in designing my fitness routine. It was not
a dreaded time of pain and distress. Tahg offered a friendly
smile and listening ear complete with a 2-3 mile run, all in an
hour. What was also fabulous was his rates, allowing me to have
money left over in my pocket. I thought of joining a gym, but
